Female HR Manager

Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HR Manager with at least 1 year of professional HR experience to oversee day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to support both management and employees in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and on boarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Support attendance management
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Support management in employee engagement and grievance handling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience (recruitment, HR operations, or generalist role).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to commute is must(Location: E-11/2)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad E-11: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)
