Female Sales Executive – Event Bookings

About Us

Centrum Group of Companies is hiring a Female Sales Executive for Tulip Banquet Hall, a premier venue for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving growth in bookings, revenue, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Negotiate contracts, packages, and rates to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

3. Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management on improving service offerings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Gender: Female
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in event management, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Professional demeanor with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
