Your Strategic Mandate

• Financial Leadership: Oversee the complete financial lifecycle, from daily accounting operations to high-level board reporting and statutory compliance.
• Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, providing the data-driven insights necessary to navigate Qatar’s luxury market.
• Cash Flow & Treasury: Optimize working capital and manage liquidity to support boutique expansions and international procurement.
• Tax & Regulatory: Act as the primary lead for all Dhareeba filings, Corporate Tax compliance, and WHT requirements, ensuring a seamless relationship with the GTA.
• Operational Excellence: Enhance internal controls and ERP workflows to safeguard assets and improve the accuracy of inventory valuation and retail margins.
• Business Partnership: Provide real-time financial analysis to the retail and marketing teams, helping them evaluate ROI on campaigns and new store performance.

Who You Are

• The Professional: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A professional qualification (CA, ACCA, or CPA) is essential.
• The Expert: You have 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 4 years in a management role. Experience in Luxury Retail, Fashion, or High-End Hospitality is a significant advantage.
• The Analyst: You have a "precision mindset." You understand that in luxury, every detail matters—from the cost of the customer experience to the bottom-line margin.
• Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and a master of financial modeling in Excel.
• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Qatar’s Commercial Companies Law and the evolving tax landscape.
• The Communicator: Fluent in English with the poise to present to executive stakeholders. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
