Job Title: Finance Supervisor – Domestic Operations

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Position Type: Full-time | Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to manage Pakistan domestic operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EOBI, IFRS, FBR, SRB, payroll, and compliance management. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage accounts payable, payroll, and domestic financial operations.
• Oversee compliance with EOBI, FBR, and SRB portals.
• Ensure accurate application of IFRS standards in reporting.
• Monitor and reconcile monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
• Manage tax filings, statutory payments, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the finance team.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in finance, payroll, and compliance (domestic operations)
Strong knowledge of EOBI, FBR, SRB regulations, and IFRS
Hands-on experience with payroll systems and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
