Fit-Out Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site interior fit-out and renovation projects for various properties. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational experience who is ready to take on a leading role on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring all work is executed according to plans.
• Technical Execution: Monitor and manage works related to gypsum partitions, tiling, carpentry, painting, and MEP activities.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular site checks to ensure the quality of work meets project specifications. Ensure all on-site activities adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings and specifications to guide site workers and ensure proper execution of designs.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the work of laborers and subcontractors on-site.
• Resource Management: Help manage site resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure efficient use.
• Communication: Report on project progress and communicate any on-site issues to the project manager.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the fit-out or construction industry.
• Basic understanding of interior finishing and MEP systems.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and on-site problem-solving skills.
• A professional and accountable work ethic.
• A Diploma in a relevant technical field is a plus.
