Fleet Coordinator

Responsible for smooth function of delivering products according to customer orders and deadline. Review order, check accuracy, coordinate with customer and site visit team to ensure timely delivery.

· Provide support in pick-up and delivery of products according to customer orders.

· Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address.

• Serving as an intermediary between customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed properly and delivered on time.

· Schedule deliveries and prepare delivery documents such as pass, site clearance forms, approvals, etc…

· Plan and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.

· Maintain the logbook noting distance travelled, number of deliveries, number of pickups.

· Coordinating with vendors to arrange for shipping materials and pick up items from storage facilities.

· Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.

· Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensure the proper packaging and storage of products to prevent damage and product loss form delivery area.

· Ensure Load and unload products are done through proper safety regulations.

· Responsible to ensure vehicle available on time for delivery.

· Ensure vehicle maintenance are followed on time.

· Ensure to use ERP software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
