FOREMAN

Zeeco Line Interiors is looking for an experienced and proactive Foreman to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out and joinery projects across various sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of interior fit-out works, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and manage skilled and unskilled workers.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor work progress and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Report daily progress, site issues, and material requirements.
• Resolve on-site problems quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out and joinery.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and office fit-out projects.
• Ability to read construction and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
