Freight Operations Coordinator (USA Market)

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the U.S. freight market and the ability to secure high-paying loads while maintaining strong communication with drivers and brokers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating freight deliveries and pick-ups
• Tracking shipments and updating status of goods
• Communicating with clients, shipping agents and freight carriers
• Ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and handling any customs-related issues
• Resolving any freight delivery issues such as delays or mishandlings
• Preparing and managing documentation related to freight transport including shipping labels, bills of lading, and transport manifests
• Ensuring accurate freight charges and billing

Requirements

Minimum 1 year proven experience in USA freight operations

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of U.S. freight market operations

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
