Front Desk Officer

Imperial Limited is seeking a professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, confident, and well-organize

Note: Immediate Joiner will be preferred .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
