The Position

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Front Desk Receptionist, to join the Mindbridge Lahore team and undertake all receptionist and administrative duties at the desk of our Head Quarter. The hired person will be the "face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The selected individual will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined and should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.


Reporting to the Manager Admin and interacting closely with senior management, the Front Desk Receptionist shall help administer front desk services for the Lahore HQ office.


Duties And Responsibilities


  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Responsible for overseeing clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Answering phone calls and keeping an inventory of office supplies.
  • Managing files and recording information as needed
  • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
  • Check, sort, and forward emails
  • Providing support to Admin and HR for documentation.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
  • Assist HR team in communicating with candidates.


Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or more with experience of at least 2-3 years.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Customer service orientation
