Senior General Manager – Finance

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior General Manager – Finance to lead our Finance and Operations team. This executive-level role is pivotal in supporting a fast-paced, U.S.-based retail business. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership in Finance and Operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee financial management functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Enhance efficiency by optimizing systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial and operational data to inform strategy and drive improvements.
• Build collaborative relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Manage the implementation and effective use of ERP systems, POS solutions, and business tools.
• Lead cross-functional projects with an emphasis on timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ethical leadership, and high performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10–15 years of senior-level experience managing financial and operational functions.
• Proven success leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
