General Manager Rentals & Property Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop rental strategies to ensure maximum occupancy across warehouses, commercial / industrial properties, bungalows and residential apartments.
• Negotiate, finalize, and renew lease agreements with tenants in compliance with market standards and legal requirements.
• Ensure timely rental collections, monitor arrears, and implement recovery measures.
• Dealing with authorities on matters related to rental taxation, compliance, and property regulations.
• Maintain commercial properties and bungalows in excellent condition to attract premium tenants.
• Build strong tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Address tenant complaints, requests, and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage rental budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability of each property segment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong understanding of leasing laws, tenancy regulations, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of Finance, Taxation, warehousing, commercial property facilities, and residential property maintenance.
• Excellent communication ,negotiate on, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
