Salary: Up to PKR 250,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Retail Store to lead the overall operations of a large-format retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern retail, store operations, team leadership, inventory management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and performance of the retail store.
• Lead and supervise a team of 250+ employees.
• Oversee inventory management of 1,000+ SKUs while ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in retail operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in a General Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience working with large retail chains such as Imtiaz, Carrefour, Metro, Al-Fatah, Naheed, Chase Up, or similar supermarkets/hypermarkets.
• Proven experience managing 250+ employees.
• Hands-on experience managing 1,000+ SKUs/inventory.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to relocate to Quetta.
