Role Overview
This role critical to the sustained success and expansion of our IT Staff Augmentation vertical. You will serve as the primary technical and commercial owner for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring all ongoing projects exceed performance expectations while actively identifying opportunities to expand our service footprint through proactive client relationship management. This position demands a solid technical foundation, exceptional project governance skills, and a keen business development mindset.
Responsibilities
1. Project Governance & Service Delivery Excellence
- End-to-End Project Monitoring: Take full ownership of all assigned client projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation and resource deployment (staff augmentation) through to final closure.
- SLA and Quality Assurance: Actively monitor, track, and report on all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and service delivery metrics. Institute and maintain rigorous quality control checks to ensure all deliverables meet Sharp Brains' global standards.
- Technical Resource Management: Collaborate with the internal recruitment and technical teams to ensure the right IT talent is sourced, onboarded, and deployed efficiently to client engagements in various global locations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project, resource, and geopolitical risks associated with international deployments and implement swift mitigation strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Client Escalation Management: Serve as the definitive point of contact for all service-related escalations, effectively diagnosing complex technical or commercial issues, communicating root causes, and implementing sustainable corrective actions to restore client confidence.
- Client Retention & Expansion (Business Development): Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to understand future technical needs.
- Lead Generation: Systematically identify new opportunities for IT staff augmentation within the existing client base (up-selling and cross-selling) and actively generate qualified leads for direct client engagement.
- Reference Generation: Nurture successful client relationships into strong reference accounts, developing case studies and facilitating client testimonials to drive new direct business acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or a similar Client Success role within the IT Services or IT Staff Augmentation industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of core IT concepts, including infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., ERP, CRM), and modern software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Project Methodology: Expertise in formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable).
- Global Exposure: Demonstrated ability to manage projects or clients spanning multiple international time zones and cultures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical matters clearly to both technical resources and executive stakeholders.
