We are looking for a driven
Technical Recruiter
to join our global talent acquisition team. In this night-shift role, you will focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent across North America, Europe, and APAC regions. You will work closely with hiring managers in different time zones, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end technical hiring for roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Architects, and IT leadership.

Global Sourcing:
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, and niche tech job boards to find passive candidates worldwide.

Stakeholder Management:
Partner with US/EMEA-based hiring managers and HRBPs during night shift hours to align on role requirements, sourcing strategies, and offer negotiations.

Candidate Experience:
Ensure timely, transparent, and high-touch communication with candidates across global time zones.

Market Intelligence:
Provide real-time insights on compensation trends, competitor hiring, and talent availability in key tech hubs.

ATS Management:
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and metrics in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
What You Bring

3+ years of
technical recruitment
experience, ideally in a global or remote-first environment.

Proven track record of closing senior and niche technical roles across multiple countries.

Familiarity with
US or EU employment laws
(e.g., visa types, contracting models, time zone logistics) is a strong plus.

Ability to work independently during
night hours
.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
