Job Title: Digital Marketer (Meta & Google Ads)
We’re looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer / Digital Marketer who knows how to build funnels that convert. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, understands CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and knows how to scale campaigns while keeping an eye on key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and lead quality.
What You’ll Do:

  • Strategize, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Meta & Google Ads.
  • Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns (awareness → consideration → conversion → retargeting).
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost CRO.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and pacing to hit performance goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV, etc.).
  • Identify scaling opportunities and eliminate wasted ad spend.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to create engaging creatives that convert.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads with clear ROI results.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Pixel setup, Conversion API).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders, email marketing, or automation tools.
  • Agency experience managing multiple accounts.
