Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Growth Executive to accelerate our client acquisition for IT Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Development Teams.
In this role, you will not just "sell"—you will engineer the process of finding new clients. You will be responsible for testing new acquisition channels, optimizing our outreach messaging, building our digital presence on B2B platforms, and creating strategies to get Glosix Systems in front of CTOs and Founders in the US, UK, and UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Strategy: Design and A/B test cold email and LinkedIn sequences to improve response rates for the SDR team.
- LinkedIn Growth: Manage the personal branding strategy for company leadership and the corporate page to attract inbound leads from the IT community.
- Platform Management: Optimize the company’s presence on B2B review platforms (e.g., Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush) to generate high-intent leads.
- Partnership Development: Identify and reach out to digital agencies, design firms, and consultants in the US/UK who need a white-label development partner (Channel Partnerships).
- Content for Sales: Collaborate with the design team to create high-converting sales assets (Case Studies, One-Pagers, Rate Cards) that prove our technical expertise.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the outsourcing market (e.g., "Which US states are hiring the most React developers right now?") and pivot our targeting accordingly.
- Funnel Analysis: Track metrics across the sales funnel (Open Rates $\to$ Reply Rates $\to$ Meeting Booked) and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development, Growth Marketing, or B2B Sales (Experience in a Software House or IT Consultancy is mandatory).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT outsourcing business model (Fixed Cost vs. Hourly vs. Dedicated Resource).
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lemlist/Instantly, and CRM software.
- Copywriting: Ability to write professional, persuasive business emails that do not sound like spam.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with popular tech stacks (MERN, .NET, Python, AWS) to effectively communicate with technical prospects.
