Strategic Planning & Execution

Align marketing initiatives with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with sales, product, and business teams to define target audiences and positioning.
Project Management
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
Use project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Create comprehensive project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including content creators, designers, and campaign managers.
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the team.
Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Identify insights and opportunities to optimize campaigns and enhance ROI.
Present results and recommendations to senior management.
Stakeholder Communication
Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including C-Level executives, to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Manage expectations and ensure alignment between marketing goals and organizational priorities.
Continuously monitor and report performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements
Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA or Trello. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
