Our office is located at Bahria Town Civic Center Phase 4 Rawalpindi.
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Specialist to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our B2B marketplace platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in driving digital and on-ground growth initiatives, retailer activation, and engagement through data insights, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Retailer & Vendor Growth
Identify, onboard, and activate B2B retailers and suppliers across targeted regions.
Drive retailer engagement—ensuring active ordering, repeat purchase, and app adoption.
Collaborate with sales and telesales teams to convert non-active retailers into organic users.
Monitor GMV, order frequency, and average order value to measure growth success.
2. Growth Campaigns & CRM
Design and execute in-app campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and loyalty programs to retain and motivate retailers.
Work with marketing to craft growth-focused content and push notifications for targeted retailer segments.
Manage A/B testing for pricing, promotion, and communication strategies to optimize conversion.
3. Data & Performance Tracking
Analyze retailer cohorts, churn rates, and funnel conversion metrics.
Create weekly dashboards tracking KPIs such as new retailer acquisition, active user rate, retention, GMV, and campaign ROI.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or internal dashboards to derive actionable insights.
4. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with tech, sales, and marketing teams to improve marketplace visibility and app experience.
Provide feedback loops to the product team for new feature adoption or performance improvement.
Coordinate regional growth experiments and measure outcomes across markets.

Requirements
Experience: 2+ Years
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in growth, performance marketing, or sales enablement within a B2B e-commerce / FMCG / marketplace environment.
Strong understanding of funnel analytics, CRM tools, and digital marketing channels.
Hands-on with Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets for KPI tracking.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Passion for technology, e-commerce, and data-driven growth.

Preferred Skills
Experience with retailer loyalty programs or sales activation in FMCG or distribution.
Knowledge of Arabic / Urdu is a plus for regional markets.
Strong coordination skills with sales, marketing, and tech teams.
