As WeAce expands its presence in Qatar, we are seeking a Business Development Head to build strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and represent WeAce within the local ecosystem—working closely with enterprise clients, stakeholders, and partners to embed practitioner-led performance enablement across organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying, developing and closing new revenue opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across programs, partnerships
• Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, government entities, and ecosystem players
• Represent WeAce at industry events and strengthen brand presence in Qatar
• Own key client and partner relationships and ensure long-term value creation
• Provide market insights to shape offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

What We are Looking For

• 12-15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
• Strong understanding of the Qatar / GCC market with an established network
• Proven ability to close deals and build strategic partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a growth environment
