The Role
Irwin & Dow are working in partnership with a company that is a huge name in its creative field, to source a dynamic and highly experienced Head of Corporate Affairs & Operations. This is a strategic role, responsible for managing the corporate relationship whilst driving pure operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a key advisor and manage critical support functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency across the company. The role focuses on the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances the image and reputation of the company, guiding the brand’s image and overseeing the corporate social media strategy and channels. At the same time, working closely with HR, it designs and manages internal communications programmes and ensures full employee engagement and cross-departmental collaboration. This will involve organisation of key company, corporate events and end of year functions. There is a strong emphasis on developing, implementing and maintaining SOP’s across all departments, ensuring compliance, managing workflow processes and promoting best practice. The individual will provide strong leadership and direction to employees, manage efficient and transparent procurement processes and lead on all compliance and operational issues. There will be opportunity to work on adhoc strategic projects with the CEO, mergers, acquisitions and JV partnerships. To be considered for the role candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree in Communications / Business Administration or in a Marketing related field. At least 10 years or progressive experience should be demonstrated with UAE market knowledge. We are seeking excellent leadership skills, demonstrated success in managing a corporate/brand reputation and an excellent track record in developing and implementing polices and procedures. Requirements
