What you need / Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in leading results-driven marketing functions, preferably within well-reputed software houses.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, lead generation, and pipeline nurturing.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling marketing operations.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, content strategy, and brand development, with hands-on experience in leveraging diverse platforms including email campaigns, LinkedIn marketing, backlink strategies, and sales funnel optimization.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s quarterly and long yearly business objectives.

- Proven ability to roll up sleeves and execute marketing tasks directly, alongside leading and mentoring a high-performing team.
- Strengthen brand positioning and expand the company’s visibility across diverse platforms, with a focus on YouTube.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts for revenue growth.
- Work closely with executive leadership to establish ideal customer profiles, competitive positioning, segmentation strategies, and compelling value propositions.
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, social media platforms) to maximize ROI and significantly boost social media engagement.
- Develop networking strategies, actively participate in local and international events, and oversee end-to-end campaign management.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize marketing activities for maximum ROI.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and contribute to meaningful client engagement.
