Head of Marketing

Our client, a leading events and entertainment company, is currently looking for a hands-on marketing leader to join their growing team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in marketing, ideally in entertainment, live events, creative industries, or cultural/consumer brands.
• Proven ability to drive B2B lead generation and sales pipeline growth .
• Experience launching and marketing large-scale IP (events, festivals, content, or shows).
• Hands-on execution experience with marketing stacks (CRM, automation, social, analytics, digital ads).
• 360 marketing experience - storytelling, branding, PR, and digital campaigns.
• Leadership skill is essential
