Job Description

Venus Pakistan Ltd. is hiring an experienced Head of Production to lead and manage production operations within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dairy, Jam & Sauce, Cooking Products, and Cream manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production operations and ensure achievement of production targets
• Oversee production planning, efficiency, and continuous process improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
• Monitor workforce productivity and optimize operational performance
• Drive cost control and production excellence initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in FMCG production management
• Strong background in Dairy, Jam & Sauce, Cooking Products, and Cream categories
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production planning and food manufacturing standards
