Head of Sales (LPG & Oil Sector)

A reputable client is seeking an experienced Head of Sales based in Karachi. This is a leadership role for a commercially driven professional with a strong track record in sales strategy, business development, and team leadership. The position offers a competitive salary package and benefits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead and manage citywide and nationwide sales operations
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers and business partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring profitability objectives are achieved
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to align commercial goals
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management review

Preferred Experience

  • Strong background in LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) sales and marketing is highly preferred
  • Exposure to industrial and commercial gas markets
  • Proven experience in team leadership, business development, and key account management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sales
  • Demonstrated success in sales growth, negotiations, and customer relationship management
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead from the front

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs650,000.00 per month
