THE OPPORTUNITY


Join our client's founding leadership team as the Head of Sales for a new, high-growth property developer in Dubai. Your mission is to immediately shape their brand identity and lead their strategic market entry . Funded by a successful international developer, they are launching with an initial investment exceeding AED 2 Billion .


You will be responsible for building a best-in-class sales team, developing a scalable sales ecosystem, and driving the successful launch of our debut project. This development pioneers advanced smart home technology and community-centric spaces, embodying our vision to deliver enhanced quality of life through innovative design.


THE ROLE


We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to spearhead their market entry and growth in the UAE. We need a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.


As a foundational member of their leadership team, you will have the opportunity to build the sales organization from the ground up. With the full support and trust of the leadership, you will craft and execute sales strategies, cultivate a high-performing team, and establish the company as a key player in the region. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping their sales culture, go-to-market strategy, and reputation.


The Head of Sales is accountable for the entire commercial success of the company's property portfolio in the UAE:


  • Strategic Vision and P&L Ownership
  • C-Level / Board Level Reporting
  • Sales Ecosystem & Channel Buildout
  • Market Penetration & Risk Mitigation
  • Cross-Functional Leadership (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Development)


Candidate Profile & Qualifications


  • Minimum 12+ years of progressive sales experience in high-value property development, with at least 5 years at a Head of Sales, VP of Sales, or C-level equivalent in a major developer.
  • Proven history of leading and scaling sales teams that generated multi-billion AED in sales revenue in the competitive Dubai market.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing international sales programs (e.g., roadshows in key source markets like Europe, China, India, and the CIS region).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (MBA preferred). RERA certification/registration is highly desirable.
