Job Summary
SuperChef Foods is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HORECA Business Development Manager to expand our Sauces portfolio across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the HORECA channel. This role requires strong field presence, relationship building skills, and a deep understanding of food service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering clients.
- Develop and execute HORECA channel growth strategy.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions with chefs and purchase managers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure product availability.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for trade activations and chef engagement programs.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in FMCG food sales, preferably in the HORECA channel.
- Strong network within the hotels and restaurant industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong field execution ability.
- Own transport is preferred.
