We are looking for an HR Admin who will support our daily operations across administration, facilities, and employee services. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company contracts, licenses, and registrations.
  • Coordinate with authorities and the PRO when needed.
  • Support Rentals activities, including contracts, and billing.
  • Oversee company fleet management, including maintenance, fuel tracking, and documentation.
  • Handle insurance matters such as renewals, employee health insurance, claims, and policy records.
  • Support facilities management, including cleaning, maintenance, AMCs, and safety.
  • Support in implementing HSE Policy and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and municipality regulations.
  • Assist employees with daily administrative requests.
  • Follow up on labor camp occupancy and ensure compliance with regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience in administration, facilities, or operations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
