Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and provide basic IT support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting and manage office equipment (Desktops, Printers, Laptops, etc.)
  • Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and events
  • Support HR and senior management with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
