Job Opportunity: HR Associate
Location: Azad Kids School, Tolichowki, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Position Overview:

Azad Kids School is seeking a dynamic and organized HR Associate to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance appraisals and training programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory).
• Experience: 1-3 years in HR roles (Freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
