HR ADMIN

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate must have hands-on HR administrative experience and strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and local regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
  • Handle LMRA processes including visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
  • Manage GOSI registration, updates, and employee-related documentation
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, and official correspondence
  • Monitor leave balances and maintain attendance records
  • Assist in employee relations and disciplinary documentation
  • Support HR audits and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR administrative experience in Bahrain
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
  • Experience handling LMRA and GOSI procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Locally available in Bahrain
  • Must be able to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using HRMS systems
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
