Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and drive excellence in human resources management. Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts with effective conflict management techniques, and ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws such as OSHA and FMLA regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS platforms like ADP and Quickbooks to perform data collection and analysis to support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Support performance management processes by facilitating employee evaluations, succession planning efforts, and implementing organizational design changes aligned with company goals.
- Process payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation distribution.
- Coordinate training & development sessions to enhance employee skills; promote a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR program management projects including change management initiatives and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven admin experience within a fast-paced work environment.
- Supervising experience is preferred, with a strong ability to lead HR projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Familiarity with platforms including Quickbooks and ADP
- Strong data analysis skills for reporting purposes and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
