We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many HR-related inquiries and will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Administration: Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate orientation schedules, and ensure a welcoming first-day experience.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Employee Support: Serve as a friendly and helpful first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the enrollment process and help answer basic employee benefits questions.
  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist with background checks.
  • Compliance: Help ensure HR practices comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare HR reports, and assist with organizing company events and training sessions.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic HR practices and labor laws.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS software is an advantage.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
