HR Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, attendance, and HR coordination while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate employee communications, notices, and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and training coordination.
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh candidates may also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with attendance systems and HR software.
  • Basic payroll and compliance knowledge.
