Job Summary:
Creative Chaos is looking for a dedicated HR Associate - People and Culture to support our HR team in various administrative tasks and human resources functions. This role involves working closely with the People and Culture team to foster a positive work environment, assist in employee life cycle efforts, and enhance employee engagement initiatives. You will play a vital role in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development, ensuring that our workplace culture aligns with our organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:

Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture

Help in the development and implementation of HR programs to support employee development and retention

Conduct employee orientation and maintain training records

Assist with employee surveys and gather feedback to enhance the employee experience

Support the implementation of performance management processes
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

6 months-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field preferred

Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
