HR Coordinator (FEMALE ONLY)

Job Position: HR Coordinator

Location : Dha Phase -8, Lahore

Job Type: On-Site, Full Time

Role as HR Coordinator

  • · Point of Contact in HR department for Internal employees and External entities.
  • · Formal HR communicator for Lahore Regional Office
  • · Supervise general HR operations to execute as per task designated and assigned to HR and enforce employee to comply on company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Maintain Software (Biometric Automated Attendance) and submit in excel format with comparative time difference form Activity Monitoring Software.
  • · Prior task to cross check every employee enable and login to required monitoring software.
  • · Keep Updated the Share Drives for HR Data for Employee Details and other Official folders organized and updated must comply physical existence of employees and changes made by HR manager and Management.
  • · Follow-up with company teams on assigned tasks and pursue to completion and timely communicate formally the delays.
  • · Issue Letters, Circulars and other official documents as per instruction of HR Manager & Management of the company.
  • · Also taken care of few of Administrative to executive as part of HR responsibility.

Required Abilities:

  • · Make notes and good in managing calendar timelines, follow-up deadlines and ability to report writing at beginner level in Excel and other Software Applications.
  • · Follow-instructions and understand the priority and secondary checklist to complete task in time lines.
  • · Professional Personality and Verbal & Written communication.
  • · Ask before making personal decision on formal matter with internal employees or external entities.
  • · Proactive, quick learner and multi-tasking and confident professionally centered personality.
  • · Plus, if Good in English Communication verbal or written.

Qualification Required

  • · Bachelors in Human Resource/IT/Marketing/CS
  • · At least having 01 Months up to 03 months of Internship or At least 1.5 years of experience in HR department.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
