HR & Event Management Executive

Chidiyaa Crafts is a sustainable clothing brand rooted in tradition and storytelling. We design timeless pieces in handwoven fabrics, keeping craftsmanship and conscious fashion at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage Human Resources responsibilities while also taking charge of Event Planning & Coordination for our brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Handle employee lifecycle management, including attendance, leave policies, payroll coordination, and documentation.

Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy workplace culture.

Event Management:

Plan and execute brand events such as exhibitions, pop-ups, photoshoots, and corporate gatherings.

Coordinate logistics, vendors, venue booking, and event setup.

Work closely with marketing and design teams to align events with brand objectives.

Ensure smooth execution on-ground with attention to detail and problem-solving.

Post-event analysis, reporting, and feedback collection for improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in HR or Event Management (experience in both is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude.

Flexibility to travel for events/exhibitions when required.

FnB industry experience
