Applications are invited from graduates or post graduates (with at least 1 year of experience in managing events and HR) residing near Whitefield, BANGALORE, for the post of HR & Events Executive. Please note that only candidates based in Bangalore will be considered for this role. Female candidates are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and managing offline and online events/retreats
• Managing online events - planning and execution via online streaming platforms such as zoom, YouTube and Restream
• Performing dry runs for online events
• Ensuring content for promoting events is put up on the website
• Taking care of registrations for events
• Communicating with participants ensuring they have all information needed for the events
• Handling HR related communications, staff attendance, training, onboarding of new employees, updating employee handbook as and when required, ensuring policies are adhered to by staff members.
• Setting up service appointments via email for our practitioners and communicating the same to clients.
• Facilities management and handling basic general administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
