Position: HR Executive

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Qualification: MBA (HR) or BBA

Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 70,000

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including:

• Recruitment and selection processes
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
• Assisting in policy implementation and compliance
• Employee engagement activities
• Maintaining HR records and reports
