HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, proactive, and well-organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination with various departments. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and performance appraisals.
  • Support the execution of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage employee attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
  • Organize and maintain personnel files and other confidential documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and coordinate training sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact between HR and other internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other senior HR staff.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with some experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
