HR Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be people-focused, organized, and have a strong understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Collaborate with management on HR strategies and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
