HR Executive

We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
• Support HR policies and procedures implementation to promote a healthy work culture.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluation processes.
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution to maintain harmony in the workplace.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Prepare HR-related reports and assist in payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to HR functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
