  • Support end-to-end recruitment for front-line, sales, and support roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, internal references, and local hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes based on defined competency and role-fit criteria.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills, intent, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure smooth hiring closure.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports.
  • Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with culture and requirements
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain employee personal files in both hard and soft copies.
  • Support probation confirmation tracking and related documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
  • Strong communication skills (English + local language preferred).
  • Ability to understand role requirements and identify potential in candidates.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment life-cycle.
  • High level of coordination skills and follow-up discipline.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
