- Support end-to-end recruitment for front-line, sales, and support roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, internal references, and local hiring channels.
- Screen resumes based on defined competency and role-fit criteria.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills, intent, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure smooth hiring closure.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports.
- Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with culture and requirements
- Prepare, organize, and maintain employee personal files in both hard and soft copies.
- Support probation confirmation tracking and related documentation.
- Prepare HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Strong communication skills (English + local language preferred).
- Ability to understand role requirements and identify potential in candidates.
- Basic understanding of recruitment life-cycle.
- High level of coordination skills and follow-up discipline.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
