We build and operate a portfolio of popular utility apps – including prank call, screen mirroring, AI translator, and more – with millions of downloads and a global user base. As we scale rapidly, we are building a strong foundation for future growth.

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can take ownership of talent sourcing and build a structured candidate database. This role is not about immediate mass hiring – it's about preparing for the future so that when we need to hire, we already have a pool of qualified, pre-screened candidates ready.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys the research side of recruitment. You will be responsible for continuously sourcing, screening, and maintaining a high-quality CV database across various roles (developers, designers, ASO specialists, QA, marketers, etc.). You will also support recruitment coordination when hiring is active.

You will play a key role in building structure, discipline, and efficiency into our talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Database Management (Primary Focus)

  • Continuously source potential candidates through job portals (Rozee, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a centralized, well-organized candidate database with detailed notes (skills, experience, availability, salary expectations, etc.).
  • Keep the database updated and warm – engage with passive candidates periodically so they remain interested in future opportunities.

Recruitment Support (As Needed)

  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms when specific roles open.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Collect and verify new hire documents.

HR Operations (Secondary)

  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs as required.
  • Help prepare HR reports and dashboards.

Administration (Light Support)

  • Maintain asset tracking sheet (laptops, accessories, etc.).
  • Coordinate office administration requirements as needed.
  • Handle exit process and asset recovery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates with exceptional sourcing skills may also be considered).
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job portals (Rozee, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail – ability to maintain and update databases efficiently.
  • Proactive and self-motivated – comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in the tech/startup sector is a plus but not required.
