HR Executive

We’re looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our growing team and help build a strong, people-focused workplace. If you have solid experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, performance coordination, and exit processes).
  • Handle and process payroll management accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Manage HR management systems for employee data and HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, HR communications, and workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with management for workforce planning and HR strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven HR experience
  • Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
  • Hands-on experience with HR management systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR tasks

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
