HR Executive

Job Summary

An HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance with company policies. They act as a link between management and employees to ensure a productive and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Post job ads on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Manage onboarding and induction process

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Support conflict resolution

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and documentation
  • Prepare HR reports

4. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Assist in payroll processing
  • Manage benefits and compensation records

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure company policies follow labor laws
  • Update HR policies when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data

6. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs
  • Track employee performance and development

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience

Location: Korangi- Vita chowrangi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
