HR Executive

Position Summary

The HR Officer in Saudi Arabia is responsible for managing HR operations in compliance with Saudi Labour Law, supporting recruitment, handling employee relations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes across TRITORC’s KSA operations. The role requires strong coordination, discipline enforcement, and accurate handling of government portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations Management — Oversee day‑to‑day HR activities for Saudi employees and site staff.
  • Saudi Labour Law Compliance — Ensure all HR practices comply with KSA regulations.
  • GOSI & Muqeem Handling — Manage GOSI updates, Iqama renewals, exit‑reentry, and employee status changes.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding — Prepare offers, collect documents, conduct inductions, and manage final settlements.
  • Attendance & Discipline — Monitor attendance, shift adherence, late marks, and enforce company policies.
  • Recruitment Support — Coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and support manpower planning.
  • Employee Relations — Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Document Control — Maintain employee files, contracts, renewals, and HR records.
  • Payroll Coordination — Share attendance, overtime, and deductions with the payroll team.
  • Vendor & PRO Coordination — Work with PROs for government processes and external HR services.
  • HR Reporting — Submit weekly and monthly HR reports to management.

Pay: From ﷼6,000.00 per month
