HR Executive (People Management & Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident HR Executive to manage core HR operations and people management. This role is ideal for professionals with strong human understanding, employee handling skills, and practical HR experience who can independently manage HR functions in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Handle end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
2.Manage employee relations, attendance, leaves, and performance coordination
3.Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth communication
4.Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and discipline
5.Support management in manpower planning and workforce management
6.Maintain accurate HR records, files, and reports
7.Assist in payroll coordination and final settlements
8.Handle day-to-day people management and employee concerns professionally

Requirements (Please apply only if you meet the criteria)

1.Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business Administration preferred)
2.3–5 years of relevant HR experience (mandatory)
3.Strong people management and employee handling skills
4.Practical understanding of HR operations, policies, and labor practices
5.Confident, mature, and solution-oriented personality
6.Excellent communication and coordination skills
7.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
