Job Title: HR Executive (Payroll)
Experience: 3 years of experience related to payroll management
Qualification:
B.Com / BBA / MBA / ACCA / CA (Inter)
Job Location: Naya Nazimabad
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Complete knowledge of Oracle
Excellent command on Time trax MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Dashboard reporting
MIS reporting
Multi-tasking ability
Multi-dimensional approach to work
Good knowledge of accountancy
Excellent knowledge of taxation
Software developer background will be preferred
Ability to handle confidential information
Responsibilities & Duties
Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g., salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, and third-party payments).
Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems.
Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
Collecting monthly timesheets.
Calculating bonuses and allowances.
Preparing employee compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.
Distribute payment statements and other signed receipts (digital or paper).
Report on payroll expenses.
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
Enter new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions.
Any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor / departmental head.
