HR Generalist

About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on BPO recruitment to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for call center and BPO roles, while also supporting operational HR functions such as employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary)

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for BPO/call center roles (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, university outreach, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments for shortlisted candidates.

HR Operations (Secondary)

  • Maintain employee data, HR records, and attendance/leave management.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and aligned with company standards.
  • Provide support in performance management and employee relations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, preferably in a BPO/call center environment.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, payroll support, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
